I cannot believe that every single manufactur mess up the transport bit of the control surfaces. Listen: we don’t need the transport section for scrolling back and forth the time line(we could use the mouse for that), we use it for editing. This is the functions (on close by, dedicated knobs) we need along with a high end jog wheel: Fade in, fade out, trim start, trim end, move and gain. The only surface I’ve tried were this was perfect was Yamaha Nuage. But unfortunately Nuage does not support Apple silicon (what a missed opportunity by Yamaha)

I own the V6 S4's, I use them for casual listening in a small space, they're really good for that. I've never owned studio monitors before, they're presentation comes across as dry with good articulation but without the animated ear candy associated with retail stereo shop speakers.

Besides FabFilter and UAD, are you going to support any other 3rd-party plug-in companies?

All UAD plugins are not compatible. The system doesn’t not recognize any Neve or SSL eq’s from UAD.

Do you know the latency? I am wondering if it's low enough to compose into from the start before even mixing like I do with Cytomic the Glue, but I think this one sounds even better which I didn't think would ever happen!

Last thing: as GROOVE adds a Granular Engine and AND the Addition of one FPGA-based OSC, which they can implement either as a LFO TYPE…or…with the double of a button, OSC 3 is rerouted to rhe FPGA-based OSC chip (owner installed at home) and, what the heck, a BINAIRAL button, then… ALL OTHER SYNTH MAKERS WILL QUIT AND CLISE UP DHOP. Game over. MAINLY, I just wanted it to be written somewhere that I said: Granular Engine, next update.

We have already seen the console 1 and has barely gone into the fader which people would be wanting to hear about... if there's not much else to it other than the screens, then why is it taking so long to come out?

Nah, neither product distinguishes itself as a must-have, in my opinion. Put 3 faders and 2 x VUs on the Mklll, and you might get my interest. Softube is just running interference ... lost between pillars and posts.

shame they couldn't have resisted trying to lstand out in the crowd and not have gambled on such an obnoxious design / color scheme. I've not been one who cares much about looks when something sounds great....but this has managed to offend my senses past a possibilty of auditioning.
